We used African Safari Group to help us plan our stay in Sabi Sands and surrounds and had a wonderful experience with them! I have spent many years travelling national parks throughout Africa, and generally organise all trips without the help of an Agent. This trip we were struggling to find the lodge that fit our brief - price, location and timing. Heidi responded to be query within 12 hours, and within 3 hours of having a chat over the phone, she had provided me with personalised quotes for a range of different lodges. No matter the time of day, Heidi was available to chat (especially valued as we are now living in Australia!) and answer my questions. She was knowledgeable of the area and able to adapt quotes to something that worked for our group.
The online itinerary system was also great when booking for a group of people or friends.
