Pure Positivity. Rudi is knowledgeable, friendly, and a genuinely kind person. His communication was excellent throughout, despite the fact that I changed my mind several times. I was left with the sense that he truly cares that we have the best experience on our trip - that he takes all of this personally and has a great deal of pride. I cannot give him a higher recommendation - ASG is lucky to have this man working for them.
