After much review I bought earbuds pro, after trying them for about a months (a few times/not daily) i realized that the noise canceling is a gimic and does not work tat well.. also the buds keep on falling out of my ear and i have tried all the rubbers. Soi contacted Samsung support, initially they promised me somethings that would keep them in my ears, this never arrived, after many times of asking the status of it i gave up and asked if i could just send them back for a financial restitution as i cannot wear them,, at which point they said too much time has passed and that was it.. super disappointing experience, i have many samsung electronics and had expected better from their customer support.. my loyalty to this brad is fading. and to anyone don't buy this earbuds they are substandard.
