I bought Samsung s23 ultra on 3 Feb 2023, and claimed 180e on the same day. I received an email that the receipt is not clear so I tried to chat with a customer service via whatsapp. The receipt is really long so I can't make one picture so I made 2 pictures where you can clearly see the date when I bought it. But the customer service made it so difficult and asked for date for the below part. I explained the receipt is really long but even a blind person can see those 2 picts are from the same receipt. This costs me so much time for such a small money. I think Samsung just promise empty word to make you buy expensive phone but try to avoid to deliver the gift I deserve. Ridiculous!!!! As soon as I finished my current contract I will switch to apple. I have been using Samsung for 20 years but I think I wlll no longer want to stay as their customer with this kind treatment. Guys, don't get fool with empty promise from Samsung!!! DONT BUY SAMSUNG!!!!
