Currently, unfortunately, I need to give negative feedback, I have already indicated it in your customer service. The delivery was promised in an email between 13:50-15:00. I stayed at home to be ready to pick it up. At 13:32 I received an email as the package was not able to be delivered and I can pick it up at your delivery point. I did not understand it. I was at home and nobody rang or came or got contacted in any other way. So, I regret to recognise that even though I was at home, it was communicated that the parcel was not delivered. I am not happy with this.
