It was almost a smooth experience, easy to order online and reasonably fast delivery. however, they should use some bubblewraps within the tubes they send. because one of tubes, and hence, one of the aluminum blinds was bent during transportation. also the mounting clips turned out not suitable for my window frames. there should be an option to select the clips. screws are also not provided.
