He helped us choose the best IR cabin for our needs and we were very impressed by our experience. However, we chose to think on it and ordered online instead of immediately from him. We found ordering online to be very simple and straightforward. Our order was ready very quickly and when there was a time conflict with the delivery time, the helpful people at the SuperSauna customer service telephone line helped us resolve it. Ideally, the delivery would have been at a time when I could accept it in person, but we found a solution and I am very thankful for them about this.
