Terrible experience, completely disappointed with my purchase from this site. Besides the inaccurate information on the website, I never received the product. I've tried to contact you, but my messages remain unanswered. The worst part is that I never received a refund either. In summary, I was actually scammed.

Sorry to hear you had this negative experience with us. I've checked the status of your parcel and our carrier delivered it on the ground level of the apartment complex. Since you told us it was not received, we had to check the status once again with them. As told by mail, this can take a few days and we would contact you once we received an answer. This is also the reason why you didn't received a message earlier, we had no update yet, as told in the last mail.
To solve your problem, we refunded you the total paid amount. We hope you are satisfied with the solution. If this changed your experience, we would kindly ask to revise your review. Once again our apologies for this experience.
