I took nearly 3 weeks before I received the toothbrushes. PostNl, who was supposed to deliver the package, did not show up at the delivery time shown on their track and trace website. Then they claimed on their website that I could pick the apackage up at a site nearby. This information was again not correct - when I went to this nearby pick-up point, they did not have the package. In the end I had to travel to a pick-up point which was far from home - 50 minutes by public transport - to finally get the toothbrushes. I suspect that the problem was actually not Tandenborstelexpert.nl, but PostNl. Bus as long as Tandenborstelexpert.nl uses PostNl, I cannot recommend Tandenborstelexpert.nl.
