I first consulted her sometime in 2019 with respect to breathing difficulties related to nasal polyps and a deviated septum. She talked me through options, treatments, risks and left it to me to decide after prescribing medications to help control and manage the condition.
After 5 years, I returned again to Dr Kuchai for a consultation and decided to go ahead with the operation to remove nasal polyps and correct my deviated septum. From that point on wards, I was always informed about next steps and process to follow with respect to preparing for the operation (at Cromwell Hostpital) by Dr Kuchai and Diana (PA), all aspects of the procedure, from lead up to day of the operation and follow up post op, were dealt with in a very professional and courteous manor. Dr Kuchai's bedside manor is second to none and I always felt reassured after speaking with her.
The team at Cromwell hospital were amazing, as this was my first operation under general anaesthetic, I was put at ease and taken good care of every step of the way.
I can't speak highly enough of Dr Kuchai and her team. I would certainly consult with her again should any other nasal related issues arise (hopefully not though!).
