Ms Kuchai was warm, highly reassuring and eminently professional. She took her time to listen to my experiences and clearly explain her reasoning behind the treatment she was prescribing, answering any questions that I had. The practice nurse and receptionist were both welcoming and kind. The practice itself was spotless.
