For several years I was happily using the Neroli powder deodorant. I was always very pleased with the deodorant, feeling confident to use it once a day with a great result (no sweat or odor). Recently my skin is not reacting well after applying the deodorant (itchiness, red skin). I communicated this to the customer service to know if something in the formula had changed or in hope to get some advice. They were very helpful and trying to get a solution for me. Yesterday I received their cream deodorant to try. Along came a lovely gift. I am very pleased with their great service and friendly communication. My skin is reacting very well to the new deodorant, so hopefully this will be my long term new deodorant!
