After one year boiler is broken, no reaction from client service. Can not provide the warranty agrrement.

Thank you for your review.
As discussed in the email, our products have a warranty period of 1 year. After this year we are still happy to look for a solution. Unfortunately, you indicated that the solution offered by a reset did not help. 🙁
We understand that this is an annoying situation, but unfortunately we cannot initiate a free product exchange outside the warranty period.
