The communication was terrible. I didnt receive a confirmation email after confirming my order, and tried to contact the customer service multiple times using the form on the website, but i never received a reply from them. Then my order was delivered to a wrong address without even sending me a confirmation email that it has been sent. So I was waiting for my order for a long time without knowing which state is my order in. I didn't even receive a notification to where exactly the order was delivered. Terrible experience and won't be ordering again.
