Most of the time it’s been just fine. When we work and the employer denies hours and there’s nothing we can do about it because UPSHIFT has decided there’s nothing we can do - and there’s no one to deal with it in person, you lose hours and work for free. Not cool. So I’d tell people t ise upshift as a last resort.
