Love hate relationship. Love being able to choose jobs and days. Hate your covid policy. I call off for a migraine and get shit canned. Mandatory. If I actually had covid and not a chronic health condition that would have been different. At that point I realized I could not count on income from your company. I was hired on as a seasonal employee elsewhere. So I ended up working 2 full time jobs.
I have recommended people before the incident now if I recommend I make sure they know the policies.
This company has potential but lacks humanity I feel the company needs to actually speak to its employees. Email communication only lacks a personal touch makes everything sterile and cold. So much miscommunication.
