I wrote you an email about our last order, some days ago, and I did not get any reply.
I wrote:
'Dear sirs,
I refer to my order abovementioned. The 3kgs bought of the article nº 421802 (chicken bouillon mix organic) have a best-before date of March 6, 2024, which seems to us to be a short period. Especially if we take into account that we already bought this same product from you in September 2022 and it turns out that they are from the same batch (Lot-nr 22066027) and consumption date as those delivered now. We understand that the product has a long expiration date, but we would like to know what your policy is for supplying food products. We do not accept in our shop food products that do not have at least one year of time for sale in bulk, except in the case of perishable products or shorter expiration, such as flour. But if the chicken bouillon mix has a shelf life of 24 months, we are not very excited to receive a product whose shelf life, even though it can be consumed later, is 9 months or so from the date of purchase. I would appreciate an explanation.

Unfortunately, you indicate your dissatisfaction because you did not receive a reply to your mail.

Fortunately, you did later indicate that you received all the information well and were able to move forward with it.
