Arjen and his team provided an exceptional service and guided me thoroughly throughout the whole process. They give you a lot of tips and tricks along the way to save your money and hassle, making every single cent worth it. The communication in between was clear, professional and very pleasant.
Being an anxious first time buyer, I am really delighted that I went with them, it is almost like having a good click since the beginning. Not only he helped me with the technical side of thing but also the emotional side of support to ensure that I am making the best decision for myself, you can also tell that he is doing his best for your best interest. I can really let go and trust him fully.
Also as an expat that do not understand Dutch fully (I feel even you're a native Dutch speaker, a lot of the documents are still very complicated) They also helped me in reviewing the buying contract and other documents, and interpreted them in their own way that it is very easy to understand and highlight to you which part they feel fishy and what to do with it.

Only thing is the wording in their Service contract was a bit confronting (which actually wasn't, they are very flexible) made me worried for a little for what I was about to sign, perhaps it is smart to reword it so that it is a little less confronting especially for an overly anxious buyer as I am.

Overall, absolutely recommend Visii to anyone who is looking to apply for a mortgage.
