Our experience was very positive. Rutger and Anne helped us skillfully throughout every step of the process. We asked complex questions involving small details, bureaucratic nuances, and unusual hypothetical situations. Every question was answered clearly and promptly. The Dutch system of property tax and housing finance has many problems and injustices (some of which benefited us), and in an ideal world the industry of mortgage advice would perhaps not exist. But given that the existing system produces the need for such a service, Viisi did an excellent job with our best interests in mind.
