Woonsquare

I have experienced the worst ever service with woonsquare. When you visit the store they will place first offer at a very high price and then eventually make their final offer at almost half the initial one or even lower. Thereafter they create a pressure on you to buy the “best ever deal” provided only to you! During sale they also promise all good service and they are adding “urgent” for delivery in their system. Now after even waiting for 3+ months, there are still no signs of the couch we ordered. When we call the store, they put their hands up and say you have to deal with the head office and nothing they can do where as on first place they have made the false promises. When we call the head office they say that by the way we can even deliver 4 weeks after the promised week as it’s in our T&C. We also realized that price and quality wise there are many other better stores around and really regret our decision to go with Woonsquare. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this store!
