The staff are helpful and the products I ordered look very nice (should use them for a while to tell something about the quality). However, they should certainly change their delivery company. They work with DHL, who delays deliveries for no clear reason, and gives a very wide delivery time slot (8:00 till 18:00), which means I had to stay 2 full days (working days) at home for the delivery (the first day they never showed up!!!). And they don't unpack and don't take the packaging with them. My experience with the delivery of other furnoture companies was very different and they did a way better job. Just because of the delivery inconvenience, I will probably never order anything from Zeerfraai anymore!
