Super quick response time, friendly customer service and a fairly impressive range of products for metal clay needs. I am so happy that Joyce took the time and made the effort to put in an English translation of most of her website and that makes it so easy for me to navigate and order products with a clear description of each.

My only suggestion would be is to include some copper (and maybe bronze?) findings like jump rings, ear hooks, wires etc etc and some other tools and equipment as is available on some other websites. For me this would help making Zilverklei.nl a one stop shop for all my needs.
