Support is excellent. Very easy to get setup and running. The cameras have a load of features which you can learn to use in time. When istalling the cameras there are some sachets of silica in them. Do not remove the sachets as they keep the inside of the camera dry.
We fitted one above the garage door getting power from a socket in the Garage since the garage had it s own consumer unit. Still the camera finds the recorder.
I have only one regret in not buying the 8 channel 2TB drive recorder.
Had system now for 7 months and all in all a great company and great people to do businss with. Will certainly recommend.
