Worst experience ever.

I rented a car from 13 July - 13 August. Right now I am still arguing with them over wrongfully charged administration costs. I am asked to show proof of payment,... Worst experience ever.

I rented a car from 13 July - 13 August. Right now I am still arguing with them over wrongfully charged administration costs. I am asked to show proof of payment, whilst they cannot provide me with the right documents that state that I indeed owe them money. They charged my credit card, without my permission, whilst their policy mentions that they will only do this after your permission.

I have been emailing them abput this issue for the past 2 weeks, but I get 0 response.

Would not recommend this company, as their emergency service during the rental period also fully lacked.

There was no body from BB&L when I brought the car back , no walk around , this could be inproved , when they find something on the car what was missed by pickup , you can not defend your self.

I have been hiring cars from BB$L for more than 30 years from South Africa and every time it was a pleasure to deal with this company. In accidents not my fault, payments upon arrival etc was... Bij terugbrengen van de auto were dear niet zoveel aandacht aan besteedt. Dat zou mischief wat bet er kunnen.
