However, I now had to wait almost 2 weeks until I could hold the package in my hands. There were some problems with Hermes. I had to make many calls and write e-mails until the day before yesterday (12.11.19) I really held the package in my hands.

But I know you can do absolutely nothing for it. I saw how fast the parcel was in Germany. But when Hermes came into play, the problems started.

Basically, I can only advise against this shipping company. DHL is best, although a bit more expensive.

the most expensive is a customer loss through austerity measures;)

Of course, you have not lost me and I will continue to be a customer and make best recommendations

Hallo, ich bin grundsätzlich glücklich, aber auch ein bisschen genervt .

Die Qualität der Ware, der Ablauf, die Kundenbetreuung war super toll und empfehlenswert!

Allerdings musste ich jetzt fast 2 Wochen warten, bis ich das Paket in meinen Händen halten konnte. Es gab einige Probleme mit Hermes. Ich musste viele Anrufe tätigen und E-Mails schreiben , bis ich vorgestern (12.11.19) das Paket wirklich in Händen hielt.

Aber ich weiß, dass ihr da absolut nichts für könnt. Ich habe gesehen, wie schnell das Paket in Deutschland war. Aber als Hermes ins Spiel kam, begannen die Probleme.

Ich kann grundsätzlich nur von dieser Versand Unternehmen abraten.
DHL ist am besten, auch wenn es etwas teurer ist.

das teuerste ist ein Kundenverlust durch Sparmaßnahmen;)

Natürlich haben Sie mich nicht verloren und ich werde weiterhin Kunde sein und beste Empfehlungen aussprechen

This review is about a shipment to Greece. The website states a 2-5 working days delivery time, as quoted to us by the shipping company.

Unfortunately this was not really true, and the package got delivered after 7 days. If this happens with more packages to Greece we will adjust the shipping time window to avoid disappointments.
