It has been three weeks since I made my order, and I still haven't got it. The bank transfer payment system was awkward for me and took 4 days to go through, I would not recommend paying by bank... The bank transfer payment system was awkward for me and took 4 days to go through, I would not recommend paying by bank transfer if you're in the UK. The tracking system is very awkward and unclear, though this may be the fault of the delivery company they use. The whole experience has been a stressful hassle, whether it is Blaster Time or DPD who is to blame I cannot say, but I won't be buying from them again. Can't comment on the products since I don't have them.

After having issues with the product I ordered and struggling to obtain an update from customer service team, they shortly after wrote to me to advise they are experiencing a very busy time. A replacement was promptly offered and processed and cannot fault their service since then. The item was received and in full working order so I hope that my initial experience was just a blip at an unprecedented time.
