Very pleased with the purchase. The mattress is of high quality, keeps its shape, no pits, the support given to the body is still perfect. I have got it for over a year now. My back and neck... My overall experience is rather good; the customer care/service in The Netherlands is superb.

My experience with the product is bitter-sweet. I guess I was rather unlucky with the mattress as there was a production fault and the mattress arrived tot he Netherlands (I guess from Italy)... My experience with the product is bitter-sweet. I guess I was rather unlucky with the mattress as there was a production fault and the mattress arrived tot he Netherlands (I guess from Italy) damaged on one side. The Dorelan people in Leiderdorp were excellent in the management of the issue: in a matter of days (less than 20 days in all) they came over twice to assess the problem and had a new mattress delivered to replace the faulted one.
