Very bad. Boutgh because of imediate shipping. Item is blocked since 28-01-2020 07:59 on Netherlands Hub Utrecht 14.60 Customs clearance is delayed due to a missing invoice. Poor - why on earth is your measurements in cm on your website? It’s absurd. Had to order a lot more wallpaper, having been sent the minimum 2 rolls (also misleading to consumer by the way - as I thought ok I need 2 rolls as opposed to “oh dear of course I didn’t mean 23 sq cm.”). I phone customer service and they kindly explained it all to me but refused to cover shipping for the next lot of paper I ordered or provide any discount code to cover shipping cost.
Your website is misleading to consumers. Your wallpaper is expensive. Given what people are spending, you should have better website and customer service.
Product itself is beautiful which is why I’m giving 2 stars.
