The service during the rest of the process was good, sometimes the communication was not completely clear (what are the steps in thesis printing and when to expect what). I am happy with the overall end result of my thesis, except for the sewed binding that is not finished very nicely (glue residues; small detail).

De communicatie was altijd prima. Er werd snel gereageerd op de mails. Echter werd er niet altijd geluisterd naar mijn wensen en daardoor moest er meer contact opgenomen worden dan verwacht.
