Iam positive about the flexibility but Iam not positive about the delivering. It has been delivered to the wrong address. After that we had some phone calls and there was flexibility in the company...Iam positive about the flexibility but Iam not positive about the delivering. It has been delivered to the wrong address. After that we had some phone calls and there was flexibility in the company but the third party, the carrier, did not pick the delivery up anymore and there was no new solution. We had to solve it ourselves.

I arranged with them a time schedule for getting my thesis printed on time, considering also the bureaucratic times...There was a very good communication between me and the employees working there. I arranged with them a time schedule for getting my thesis printed on time, considering also the bureaucratic times and the last necessary finishing up. Everything was arranged clearly, not only by email but also by simple phone call, which I prefer usually. As soon as I needed to change something in my plan they were always available to listen and advice me. The theses were delivered on time and last but not least, the quality was excellent.
