I chose this company because of its good reputation and we could all be together under a discount.
The service was very good, help was quick. Printing was also quick. When problems occured... I chose this company because of its good reputation and we could all be together under a discount.

The whole process of printing was somewhat confused and felt rushed even though I had not given a tight deadline.
I had asked that Gildeprint is doing the layout of the cover which they failed... The whole process of printing was somewhat confused and felt rushed even though I had not given a tight deadline.
I had asked that Gildeprint is doing the layout of the cover which they failed to do and I had to do in the end. Even simple checks as removing measuring lines from the provided cover was not done and I had to ask for it several times.
On the plus side, communication was always quick and I got responses to my mails swiftly.
They also messed up the delivery address on the first try.

Overall positive, but the communication was very difficult from the beginning: my email was pending for several days and they never sent the first offer they promised initially, I had to contact... Extra simple requests come always with an extra charge, which I didn't like as approach.
