We were glad to find about the service that homie provides. Moving into a new home and deciding what appliances to buy can be a hassle. This was a great way to start for us. The delivery was fast and the process to select an appliancewas easy.

I was frustrated with the service. I couldn’t choose the time of delivery to organize with work, had to ask a friend to meet the driver, and the timing was also much earlier than the estimated beforehand, so he had to run home immediately, as it is not possible to negotiate with the driver. Especially considering the installation fee, this service is not pleasant to experience. In addition the delivery promised to be taken place 1-3 working days from the payment, but in the actual contract payment it said 5 days, which is also confusing, and ordering the machine on Wednesday the earliest delivery option was on Monday. Considering such flexibility from your side, I do not understand why from my side there was none of flexibility or convenience.

Despite the first unsuccessful delivery so far everything is working very well.

Old washing machine wasn’t picked up because it was deemed „unsafe“ Disappointing service, if we didn’t insist, we would have had to set up the machine ourselves. We let the team know beforehand that the machine is on the 3rd floor. Otherwise very easy to use and quickly delivered.

The experience was good, although the people delivering machines were not professional. They left a mess, did not mount the machines correctly.
