They had to carry my washing machine up 4 flights of stairs, but were very kind about it. They showed me how everything worked and answered a few questions I had. The entire process took about 15 minutes. Thank you! This was really convenient and the service was excellent.

The delivery appointment has been cancelled twice, and only a third attempt ended up my Homie delivered to my apartment. Also the appliance turned out to reject connecting to Wi-Fi 6, so I have to...The delivery appointment has been cancelled twice, and only a third attempt ended up my Homie delivered to my apartment. Also the appliance turned out to reject connecting to Wi-Fi 6, so I have to run a hot-spot every time I want to connect it to the internet. Other than that It's been smooth so far!
