The app and website are a little cumbersome, I don't feel like I have all my information and data clearly displayed. The delivery/transport service quality is poor. In my experience, they didn't show up at the time they said they would (a few times). Once they even showed up without the machine they were supposed to bring.

All good, but it feels a bit disorganized. The main thing is that the delivery guys didn't know what needed to be done apart from item delivery, I had to ask them to take the old item with them and...All good, but it feels a bit disorganized. The main thing is that the delivery guys didn't know what needed to be done apart from item delivery, I had to ask them to take the old item with them and install the machine, they scratched the door on the way in with it, and they didn't ask for proof of identity as the the emails required.
