So far everything has been great! The only thing I would criticize is that it says on your website that the standard washing machine model is 7kg. I got 8kg. Which is a bit big for me. Plus the... Plus the energy efficiency is D. That’s not very sustainable. If I would have chosen homie for sustainability reasons, that would be a disappointment.

Thank you for taking time to write this review. We indeed have a few 8kg machines in our stock, if you would like to switch to a 7kg machine you can contact us. Since March 2021, the energy labeling changed to an A-G scale. Before, our standard washer was A+++. It is therefore still a energy-efficient machine, but manufacturers are challenged to develop even more energy-efficient machines. As we offer a product-as-as-service model, we also keep machines alive for as long as possible be reusing them (slowing resource loops) and with our pay-per-use model we stimulate conscious use to minimize consumption (narrowing resource loops). The good thing is, in a few months from now we will receive the newest and most energy-efficient washing machines with an A-label. I hope our explanation is clear to you. Welcome to Homie.

Excellent. It took some time to create an account from the EN site, but once that was over everything else flowed easily. The info in the site is complete and I received a delivery appointment... A few days after I asked customer care for an appliance manual in English, and the assistance was immediate.
