I hired Homie's service and the washing machine and dryer had a water leak problem. I wrote an email explaining and they immediately scheduled the exchange for another one.

I hired Homie's service and the washing machine and dryer had a water leak problem. I wrote an email explaining and they immediately scheduled the exchange for another one.

They did so, but the second machine strangely had the same problem, which according to the employee was bad luck as it is not usually a common problem. And again, they scheduled the replacement with another machine and this time they brought a new one.

I am very satisfied with the resolution of the problem and with the new machine, which is working very well. I leave here my good review for the company and its always kind and helpful employees.

This is 75 euros to cover the logistic costs in a short rental period. This can be found in the FAQ and additional terms and conditions.

The worst one I ever had. No calls back, no information 2 weeks after the first payment, no product delivered.

We stand for good service and satisfied customers and do our utmost every day to ensure this.
You indicate that you have not received and/or heard anything from Homie 2 weeks after payment. This is unfortunate to hear because this is not the truth.
We have a delivery time of 5 working days and communicate this nicely to the customers. You placed the order on 30/12/2023 (on the weekend). Then we shipped your product on the next business day 2/1/2024 and it arrived on 6/1/2024 and was received by you.
We (you and the manager) had personal contact on 5/1/2024 to explain this. There has been contact with our customer service and also with the manager for this and also we have delivered within the communicated 5 working days.
Afterwards, our manager also emailed you 2 times to ask if everything went well for confirmation, unfortunately without any response.
We are happy to get in touch with you to improve our service if necessary, that is what we do with everyone.
Should you experience something you do not like, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can solve this together.

I like the fridge but need to do more work on the washing machine. After spinning the clothes are still have lots of water. May it be due to the program which I selected. But one thing I noticed is... I like the fridge but need to do more work on the washing machine. After spinning the clothes are still have lots of water. May it be due to the program which I selected. But one thing I noticed is that clothes are still smelly. I use Ariel cubes. It's too early to conclude but I will monitor it for another month. Thanks for the quick delivery and setup.
