I couldn't be assisted, i wanted to cede my policy into my home, which is not requirement from the bank. I was told that this normal done by attorney when they register a bond but in my case bond... I couldn't be assisted, i wanted to cede my policy into my home, which is not requirement from the bank. I was told that this normal done by attorney when they register a bond but in my case bond already registered in May. Some else told me that i can add my home as a beneficiary. So thats my experience with you guys. With my partner this was easy from her insurance company, she had to fill form and get witness and send back. Qha😞

MiwayLife has let me down. I submitted a claim with all the required documents and was told the payment will be made within 48hrs. 7 days later there's still no payment, I'm calling them everyday... MiwayLife has let me down. I submitted a claim with all the required documents and was told the payment will be made within 48hrs. 7 days later there's still no payment, I'm calling them everyday and told I can't speak directly with a person who deals with claims. The consultants I speak with keep telling me one and the same thing that they will send an email to claims. I've dealt with Mr Kekana, Elizabeth, Nosipho Ngwenya, I no longer take names anymore. I'm so disappointed at MiWay and will move all my policies somewhere else. Too bad for the 1st claim.

The service was bad, really bad. I almost cried. Asking for a mere noting letter.... Feeling sorry for my beneficiary when claiming when am dead...Am sure i will turning in my grave
