I tookout a miway life insurance on may but i haven't received any policy documents, and also i tried registering on the app but it says i dont have a policy with miway

I'm so disappointed with the service though they are so quick to debit but they fail to put my interest first and i regret referring my mom thinking they are good but no...I cant share my... I have received a call from this numbers 011 332 5000 claiming to be MiWay, funny enough I believed them and took a life insurance given this policy number MWL007971481 and this numbers0860 64 54... I have received a call from this numbers 011 332 5000 claiming to be MiWay, funny enough I believed them and took a life insurance given this policy number MWL007971481 and this numbers0860 64 54 33 for claims and inquiries but later realized this is too affordable and too good to be true.. Even reported them because they will give MiWay a bad image because even their documents have MiWay details exactly besides the numbers.. Hope this helps someone because realised later after I even gave my banking details

Dissapointed!!!!cancelled my policy but the debit order still went off.They said they were going to refund after 14 days but up to today,they haven't done it.
