They are a bit greedy, I am even scared if they will ever pay my pay outs if something happens. The agreement was that they were to debot on the 27th but they debit on the 25th and sometimes I won't... They are a bit greedy, I am even scared if they will ever pay my pay outs if something happens. The agreement was that they were to debot on the 27th but they debit on the 25th and sometimes I won't even have money in the acc, so that they will be able to have excuses with my acc and late payments at the end of the day.

And as for the competition, it's a scam to get people signed up for their policy.

Was busy with a quote with an Thuli. I requested info from them via email on the 16th before I can sign on the dotted line. I received an automated email back that they'd get back to me in no time.... Was busy with a quote with an Thuli. I requested info from them via email on the 16th before I can sign on the dotted line. I received an automated email back that they'd get back to me in no time. Today I had to recall her myself & only then did I get answers. I was really in a rush & couldn't carry on the call. So I asked for the final documents to be sent to me so that I can send through banking deets etc. Needless to say I'm still waiting. And odd thing is that she said that she still hadn't received my mail. No proactiveness at all. But when they want to spam you with phone calls to give you the quote they're uber quick. And pester & blow up your phone even after hours. Not cool.

I am not impressed with this company at all. I am still struggling to get claim for my deceased husband. My husband passed on the 14th February 2021, nothing yet from MiWay. I signed up for my premium to be debuted from my account on the 27th of every month but Miway debits my account on the 25th when there’s no money in my account. This affects my account ver badly as... This affects my account ver badly as I constantly get charged for the transaction.

Was desperate , confused and shocked , my way came to my rescue , I can proudly say my way is the best right round , customer care is excellent .they paid out without any delays .keep it up my way
