A DISGRACE I have a cancer policy been diagnosed more than a year ago and still battling with the pay out...nobody contacts you you are the one that phones every day just to hear someone will call... I was reading weather forecasts and up popped an online competition of winning a ride on BLUE TRAIN and i thought thast something to look forward to post covid .After filling in online competition... I was reading weather forecasts and up popped an online competition of winning a ride on BLUE TRAIN and i thought thast something to look forward to post covid .After filling in online competition ,I was sooon called by advertising dept saying i was on a shortlist for xompetition and i needed to convince them why i would win and solicitedpersonal information when i am bomabarded and railroaded by this is a recording and please dont interrupt its part of my job to run all this information by you and isnt it great that i am playing on your Covid fears and hey you dont want to leave your famiily in a crisis and please my job depends on me filling out this insurance policy as part of teh deal to you winning a train journeys and you filling out this life insurance form .....I then said ...I dont believe i want to go ahead with this ...plead plead ...speak to my boss i could get fired ...yes you can cancell at any time within 7 days ...i had not read the info yet please orwatrd me to email ...then ill decide .....I was not at my best i agreed in principle ....i still have not seen any info ir emails regarding policy and the end of this business day amd the policy will kick in and i do not want it ...I have had a car insurance with Miway and i definyely do not want to depend on MIWAY on DEATH if my car insurance is anything to go by there was no on road assistance in Western Cape and very little spport in emergency or even repayment the only thing you offered was to buy my vehicle as trade in and i had to pay for repairs everytime .In total once miway paid for broken window in all the years of paying insurance .

I am so impressed with Miways immediate response to my problem, being a single mom a widow my sons car battery was completely dead and I was lost because I'm not trained to fix cars but I asked... I am so impressed with Miways immediate response to my problem, being a single mom a widow my sons car battery was completely dead and I was lost because I'm not trained to fix cars but I asked miway for assistance and within an hour they were at my door so helpful so friendly so efficient and so fast they got my sons car started and on the go.
