I signed up and was told they would cancel the current insurance policy I had. Fast forward to month end and BOTH insurers debit my account as MiWay infact did NOT cancel the previous insurer. They... I signed up and was told they would cancel the current insurance policy I had. Fast forward to month end and BOTH insurers debit my account as MiWay infact did NOT cancel the previous insurer. They then have the audacity to send me a text claiming they tried to call me numerous times to conclude cancellation - LIES. I have now been on the phone for 11min - its 08h11 and I called at 8am - apparently they are now experiencing a high volume of calls - so early? Don't talk nonsense. Their sales pitch is phenomenal but execution and service appalling.

I accepted a miwaylife policy in June 2023 because of one thing only a free drafting of my Will as it was their selling point and what it was looking for at that time. Once the policy was activated... Once the policy was activated I was informed that an agent would give me a call to draft my will but till this day October 2023 no one has given me a call. I will cancel the policy and ask for my money back. REALLY POOR SERVICE
