The worst experience ever ,will not recommend your company to anyone. Customer service is not a priority ,i claimed for water damaged to a door at my property and the Accessor already determined... The worst experience ever ,will not recommend your company to anyone. Customer service is not a priority ,i claimed for water damaged to a door at my property and the Accessor already determined that he will use "wear and tear" as a suitable reason to not accept the claim.The claims agent said he made contact with us which he never ,we had to call and complain.

Benefits are good and premiums are competitive but there is a room for improvement. Quotations should not be limited to one panelbeater and life cover should be flexible if you want to do some...
