Horrible experience. For mere scratches and dents you come with non-existing theories when I put up a claim. So if you can't fix just a bump caused by a door knock, what is the insurance for? You come up will all possible excuses so you cannot fix damages. For a second time now you reject my claim, same claim that discovery insurance assisted me with ease. You guys are crooks. If you can't fix dents that are less than a size of a nipple then what is the scratches and dents insurance for?
