The worst experience I have ever had. Extramly slow, with absolute no feed back, unable to call back you are on hold for an hour or more, before just being cut off. More than 7 months and still no... More than 7 months and still no settlement. Very quick to take out money, but not willing to pay out.

By far the experience has been amazing, the staff was helpful and friendly with the application process. I was just a bit disappointed with the vaccination policy.
