Consultants are extremely rude and dismissive. For an outbound call centre, this is rather ridiculous, you call people unsolicited only to be rude to them. A consultant by the name Rebone called me... Consultants are extremely rude and dismissive. For an outbound call centre, this is rather ridiculous, you call people unsolicited only to be rude to them. A consultant by the name Rebone called me (disturbing me during working hours) I then proceeded to explain that I had no interest as I've done this quote numerous time, mid conversation she hung up the line angrily. Please refrain from contacting me again, remove my numbers from your data base and I never wanna hear from this company again.

My overall experience was good.. I got contacted through my husband and we took lifecover. The lady that was helping was very helpful and answered all our question. On my side was very happy.... However, my husband ended up not taking it cause premiums went because he is not vaccinated which is something he was suppose to be made aware of from the the beginning not tell him after he has signed up.
