Some are friendly, come across as kind and able to assist while there are those who come across as knowing or have very little...Truth is I had good and bad experiences when dealing with call agents. Some are friendly, come across as kind and able to assist while there are those who come across as knowing or have very little knowledge about the product or the company they represent. the only reason I will recommend this company is simply because i am with them for about 4 years now and had just one or two problems with them. Nothing that serious to cause me to terminate my policies. I have a car, household goods and a life cover with them.
