They were very kind, helpful and clear in their communications. Only down side was the Land Rover appeared somewhat older, cracked dash and was told not to lock it when we weren't in it for fear of theirs breaking windows. Cracked dash didn't affect our drive, but it was surprising based on the price paid. I plan to be back in Bonaire in December 2024 and will need a 1 day rental again. I will consider Royal again as I wasn't disappointed. The Land Rover allowed us to enjoy the beautiful island for a full day/night without issue. The A/C worked, so that was fabulous, as it was super hot. I would recommend Royal.

We rented two cars and both were waiting for us to pick up at the airport. We had no problems with them (Land Rovers are great for some of the roads in Bonaire!) and appreciated the space for diving...We rented two cars and both were waiting for us to pick up at the airport. We had no problems with them (Land Rovers are great for some of the roads in Bonaire!) and appreciated the space for diving gear. On the way to the airport to leave, we hit something, causing a tire to start to go flat, reported it, and they were very understanding. We would definitely rent with them again because of their good service, and appreciated that there weren't a bunch of fees or add-ons like some companies. (We did get their insurance, which was quite reasonable).

Nevertheless, we enjoyed the two Land Rovers and put them to good use.
