I am in the UK and ordered some wallpaper from this company, the wallpaper never arrived, I chased and they said it had been returned to them, I asked if they could re-send it to me, I was told no,... I am in the UK and ordered some wallpaper from this company, the wallpaper never arrived, I chased and they said it had been returned to them, I asked if they could re-send it to me, I was told no, I would have to re-order it again, I didn't want a refund, I wanted the wallpaper I ordered. I was given a refund, but because the transaction was in Euros, I was charged a transaction fee by my bank, I asked Origin to refund the transaction fee as I never received the product and I was told no, so I am out of pocket and without the product, I will not be ordering anything else from this company in future.

Bij een sample een kortingsbon ontvangen voor gratis behanglijm. Bij bestelling van een aantal rollen behang blijkt deze slechts geldig te zijn tot 2022 (sample is ontvangen oktober 2023) na mail en... Bij een sample een kortingsbon ontvangen voor gratis behanglijm. Bij bestelling van een aantal rollen behang blijkt deze slechts geldig te zijn tot 2022 (sample is ontvangen oktober 2023) na mail en belcontact kunnen zij hierin niets betekenen om de gratis behanglijm alsnog toe te voegen, enkel bij een nieuwe bestelling (bestelling was nog niet verstuurd, slechts een kwestie van potje behanglijm in de doos bijvoegen. Nee was het antwoord.

De bestelling is bij mij thuis aangekomen en direct geretourneerd. Nu wachtende op restitutie van het reeds betaalde bedrag.
