A exceptionally unpleasant experience. We tried to locate the premises using TESLA and Waze. We arrived at a location that was not a car park. It was vacant land. I sent the company a screen shot of the location. I phoned the number to explain. The response was I should have used google maps. Stressed and anxious about missing our flight, I rushed off to another car park and booked there. Numerous requests for a refund were denied.
