I have not yet received the purchase confirmation. I also have no reference code or reciept of booking. It has been almost 2hrs since I the payment confirmation, and the website said the... Booked through a comparison site & wish I never. Had to change my dates because of COVID & was told I had a year to re-book. When I got new dates, I went to re-book & was told I couldn’t because it... Booked through a comparison site & wish I never. Had to change my dates because of COVID & was told I had a year to re-book. When I got new dates, I went to re-book & was told I couldn’t because it was after the start date of original booking, so you kept my money even though I was first in contact with them at least 3 weeks before. Will never be using you again & will be making sure you are not part of any company I use in the future.
